If you would like to share information but limit the access and you are a STAC member you can post it yourself by using the STAC Google Apps site. To get a user name and password just reply (using your organization email) to this email stating that you are attached to a air emission testing body or an agency that regulates air emission testing and are applying for a no cost membership in STAC. I will then forward your email to STAC leaders (Scott Evans <sevans (at) betterdata.org>., Maggie Cangro and Scott Swiggard). If they approve your application I will send you the login name and password.
